Good Morning All

B: egg sandwich on a bagel thin
S: fage and nectarines
L: sushi
S: cheddar cheese
D: lasagna (mostly just the meat sauce and ricotta filling) and salad
S: chocolate pudding (As long as I get it made after work)

hello there.. I'm baaaackkk...

B: 1 egg, 2 strips turkey bacon and slice American cheese on 1/2 Arnold's sandwich thin
S: yogurt w/granola----changed to ricotta w/sf pudding powder and 2 cocopops.. didn't want to take chance w/First Strides tonight
L: turkey burger, carrots, hummus
S: roast beef and cheese rollups
D: salmon w/ parm cheese, peas
S: protein bar after First Strides


Drinking Powerade Zero to get the electrolytes up and lots of water.  Had 1 cup of coffee this morning, no more for the day.

I think its worth it just for access to the recipes.  Their portions of course are larger than ours, which makes it even more WLS friendly.

L: crab meat, onions and provolone - baked
S: peanuts
D: shrimp ****tail
S: maybe a protein shake if not here, earlier in the day.

L: red curry seasoned chicken, with carrots and 2 tbsp of brown rice

S: half a think thin protein bar
