Tuesday's Food!
alright...looks like I have to be diligent about my food for once and for all.

S: roast beef and cheese rollup
L: grilled salmon (added some mozz cheese and guac to it)
S: meunster cheese (changed to small piece of crustless pizza)
D: something in the Caine's fridge.. if no leftovers, then I'll make an omelette of some sort. They always have eggs and cheese
S: protein ice cream
making sure I drink lots of water today and cutting back on the coffee.. could have been dehydration, I have not been getting my water in as I should
already have 64 oz of water in as of 3:25pm!

I think my head was up my butt this morning when I was gathering my lunch stuff at home...hate when that happens - have NO fruit with me for today - I'll miss that. Cooked a piece of chicken for the dog last night then left that out overnight so had to feed it to the garbage disposal, then forgot to take another piece out to thaw! Also meant to pack up a baggie of chocolate matrix protein powder and forgot that. Talk about having a SENIOR moment.
Anyway, here's my food plan for the day...
B: Egg burrito
S: Protein mocha-coffee (I'll use the plain protein powder I have here)
L: Turkey & cheese roll-ups; 1/2 bag Extend Crisps
S: Pudding dessert (there are some strawberries in that)
D: Crockpot Italian chicken & Potatoes; green beans
S: Apple with peanut butter
