Tuesday Movers and Shakers - EXERCISE!
OK, so my new incentive for getting up at 0-dark-thirty to work out is to be able to START the exercise thread on here daily!
I was up again at 4:30 - actually decided to sleep in my shorts and tee so all I had to do was put on my sneaks and headphones and get on my exercise bike and ride. Gave me a few more minutes, too - went a 1/2 mile more this morning in the same time so slowly building up to where I used to be.
Took a decent walk with the dog last night, too - sadly its getting dark so early now that not sure how much longer I'll be doing that, but I'll do it while I can.
Anybody else up and shaking it this morning??

Some day I will walk at the park - my boss does a 3 mile walk at lunch almost every day - need to build up the strength in my legs again before attempting a big walk. I can see the park from my office - you'd think I would get off my duff and over there! It was raining pretty good at lunch, too - you must have gotten soaked!
