Monday's Menu
B: egg and half a protein pumpkin waffle (protein pancake mix from online and added pumpkin puree to it)
S: half of a think thin protein bar
L: half a chicken breast stuffed with poblano peppers and cheese with black beans and diced tomatoes
S: other half of bar
D: red curry chicken and salad/veggies - Jeremy and the kids will get this with brown rice
S: if needed cheese stick or something else lol

Day 2 of "mostly liquids" in getting my head on track and the scale turned around...
M1: Protein shake (strawberries and banana)
M2: Yogurt
M3: carrot-ginger soup with greek yogurt
M4: vegetarian lowfat split pea soup with LF cheddar cheese
M5: protein shake (not sure what will be in it yet - maybe mango and pineapple?)
M6: SF pudding
