M1 - Protein Coffee (Choc Protein/ Decaf coffee)
M2 - Steel Cut Oatmeal (with milk / protein/cinnamon and raisins.. mmmm)
M3 - Turkey Cheese rollups
M4 - Cottage Cheese w NSA jam
M5 - Mini Chicken Burger & Quinoa
M6 - Maybe leftover pork tenderloin... TBD - all depends on whether or not there is an acceptable protein item available at the happy hour I am going to in center city tonight..

M2: skipped
M3:  Turkey salad with whole wheat tortilla
M4:  String cheese and corn nuts
M5:  Not a clue yet.... possibly a salmon burger over romaine?  Or a smoked pork chop?
M6:  SF pudding, probably... or nothing...
