as for your other issue. I still fear that and I think I always will. I posted on this just last week. i know so many people who have gained weight and i m scared that it will happen to me, just keep on successing and watch what u eat and drink and dont test the pouch

CONGRATULATIONS!!! The key, I think, is to "just keep swimming." Keep doing the right things every day, every meal, and don't obsess over numbers or classifications on some insurance company's BMI chart. So you're still considered "obese"? You are no longer considered MORBIDLY obese... and you're within reach of "overweight"... and possibly even "normal." (I say possibly because for many of us, "normal" weight ranges on BMI charts are not actually good and sustainable weights...and there's nothing wrong with that). I'm still "overweight" per BMI charts. But, I'm in the best shape of my life, I wear "normal" clothes in a single-digit size, have amazingly good cholesterol/triglycerides, and feel incredible. Therefore, I choose to feel sucessful at this.
Don't let a stupid label or an arbitrary number on a scale take anything away from your joy and pride. You've worked damned hard at this and it hasn't been easy... savor every second of the hard work and the much-deserved reward!

Congratulations, Holly. That is awesome!
As for the mental part, I have no suggestions. I struggle with the same things. I just keep plugging away. My husband helps ground me and tells me when I am being frankly ridiculous, which helps. Hang in there. I like Karen's analogy "just keep swimming" as I am now hearing it in my head in the voice of Ellen from Finding Nemo.
