Alright people... let's hear it...

Who's moving to lose today??

I AM... First Strides tonight!! I am going to try to get there a little bit earlier to do extra stretching.  I would like to add more jogging to the "hard" segments.  This is week 9 for us and that means 1 min easy, 5 mins hard, 6 reps with a 5 min warm up and cool down added on for a total of 46 mins.. OYE. 

I would like to be able to jog at least 2 1/2 of the 5 mins each time.  SmileyCentral.com Wish me luck!

You can do it - You have the perserverence and the committment (you certainly have more than I do).

Tonight I hope to do a sessino of the insanity DVD series.. trying to talk Mark in to doing it with me!

You go, girl!  (Just be really careful stretching before exercise... go slow and don't go too far as you're more susceptible to injury by stretching first...  )

Sounds like a good program!

I'm heading to commit to be fit tonight - will post afterward with details. :-)  Lots of great ideas for exercise that I've never thought of!

I will be careful.  I mostly need to stretch out the shins because that's where I always end up feeling pain.  I'm thinking light yoga type stuff before hand to clear my mind, too.

Good luck with jogging just make sure you stretch before and after and you will be fine. Unfortunately I am still battling the RA my husband is typing this for me. I have lost weight believe it or not even while not exercising. It's not significant but I will take the 2lbs lost!  Mostly from depression. I have not been able to stomach much this past 2 days as I have a cold and my monthy visitor on top of it. Aren't you glad you posted this? LOL

Commit to be tortured tonight worked on upper body strength...  I can now lift my arms enough to type.  May not be able to tomorrow, but whatever.

Treadmill warmup, bench presses, bicep curls, lat pulldowns, seated rows, tricep pulldowns, and a bunch of free weights (flies, overhead presses, curls).  Each one with multiple sets of increasing weights, working to failure.  Ended up with a set of intense ab work. 

Tomorrow night will be the same thing, but for the lower body.  Can't wait.  (seriously)
