yep, I ordred the bread from netrition.com... Jeremy hated it but I liked it.
Protein mashed potatoes are potatoes that have been cooked in chicken broth (I used a homemade one so there is more protein), and then when I mashed them up I put in a block of fat free cream cheese, more chicken broth and then some skim milk if it needs it. Seasoned with garlic, salt, and pepper. But one tbsp of cream cheese is about 7g of protein. Sometime I will bake them with some added cheese on top and some diced chicken in the potatoes. You can do the same with sweet potatoes, etc...
