Well I was racing to get out of the house and didn't pack my lunch - ugh.

B: 1/2 bagel thin with cream cheese
S: fage and peaches
L: I'll have to go out and get something
S: cheddar cheese
D: chicken breasts and cauliflower
S: still struggling with getting this in, I'll shoot for jello or pudding

M-1 Protein Shake
M-2 Protein shake
M-3 chai latte
M-4 Greek Yogurt with protein powder
M-5 soup

I am trying to squash my out of control eating and get a grip and I do this best when I am doing shakes. Sometimes I just wish I could live on them and not have to make choices

16.9 oz water

B:  6 oz greek yogurt
L:  4 oz scrambled egg w/cheddar cheese

24 oz decaf earl gray tea w/splenda & 1 tbsp half & half

D:  not sure yet - depends on how badly the dentist hurts my mouth today
