Good Morning PA,

My sleep patterns are still out of whack, and I am up now, because I slept most of the afternoon on Saturday.

Sunday has me attending my church’s picnic at Core Creek Park. The food is catered by Smokin’ Dudes in Bensalem. Desserts are brought by the congregation. Sometime in the afternoon, there will be a baptism service in the lake. One of my friends is being baptized. If you are at Core Creek, stop by Pavillion 11 and say “Hi."

Afterward, I must run up to my ex’s house to pick up a document I needed him to sign for my retirement. That will finalize the paperwork I needed to process my application.

Good morning everyone,
Trish I hope that you have a nice time at the picinic.

As for me, I just got back from my walk around the neighborhood a little bit ago.. I'm sure that I probably looked crazy out walking in the dark at 5 o'clock in the morning, but oh well. I'm sure that the neighbors didn't notice, cause they were all asleep probably. It was nice, the only car I saw was the paper delivery person.

As for what I have planned today, I'm about to head to bed in a few minutes... Later on tonight I'm meeting a friend of mine for dinner after she is done work.. Besides that, no other plans.

That's the best time of day to go walking, IMHO. I love the peace and quiet at that hour and watching the sky begin to lighten.

Good morning all. I am at work today and then after that will go home and get some chores done. I have a load of laundry to get going. I dont have much time during the week so I have to make sure I get it all done today. I am also going into some serious kick ass behavior modification where food is concerned. I am not liking where the scale is headed, nor do I like where my head is headed so it is time to take a detour. Wish me luck, and wish me consistency that is my biggest worry.

Hey guys - hope all is well - I am about to head to the synagogue to teach my kid and her friends - then have to hang out at the temple for a little while Emily practices in the children's choir - then home to get a baby shower gift then take Emily to soccer and somehow get to Levittown to get to said baby shower. I am so sad that I can't be with a lot of peeps in the Lehigh Valley area today. Darned Kids and their 47 milion activities.

HI all!

Going to visit a different church today. They start an hour later so I have more time this morning to do stuff. Then, I am going to do what I thought I was going to get done yesterday. Supposed to rain all day today and tomorrow so it's inside stuff.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

Good morning Trish and PA. Today I am trying to relax and not stress about tomorrow's trip to Hartford, CT for my next round of interviews. I am thinking that that may be easier said than done, lol. So today is picking and ironing my outfit, transfering everything I need to take with into a single shoulder bag/briefcase so that I can easily check in, etc. I already checked in online for my 7 am flight out and will need to check in this evening for my 6 pm flight home. I also need to pack some protein bars and run to the bank for cash for the taxis. I am also thinking of getting a manicure.
