Legs feel like they are swollen

Hey Everyone I have another question.  Has anyone every experience the feeling of swollen legs almost tingly, i feel it in my arms and face as well, but more in my legs..and I have gained 10 lbs in the past 2 weeks...I was at 199 and I am back up to 209..I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER...but I am more worried about what this could  be...

Are you taking your vitamins, particularly B12? Have you had any injuries lately that could have caused a pinched nerve? I'd suggest seeing your doctor and maybe also having blood levels done. Keep us posted on how you're feeling!!!

You need to see your doctor asap. That is not an ok symptom
