***Saturday Roll Call***
GM all! How are we today??
I, am currently, exhausted. I slept well yesterday....but even so woke up feeling unrefreshed. I figured once I got out and about I'd feel better and in my groove. Yea, that never happened.
Been a rough night out here "at the desk" in triage. Obnoxious rude people, patients and visitors. Blech.
Anyway - after work I'm going to the gym as I took off yesterday. I have "homework" to do from frank so I'll do that and *maybe* some treadmill work. We'll see about the time.
Back home for the last night 3 of 3. Wahoo!!!
Somebody come poke me in the eye with a hot poker stick or something so they stay open, wouldy ya?

I too am working today. I took off Monday due to the pain being so bad from the motorcycle accident, so I am working today to make the time up. It has been one week since the wreck. I am still hurting, but walking without crutches now. The Dr said she won't release me to work out with my trainer until my injuries are pain free....I am sad about that. I miss the hard workouts. She sadi it may be weeks...yikes. But true to my word I am doing some kind of stretching/exercise every single day. She gave me PT exercises for my injuries and they are tiring, so that counts. Have a great day everyone.

Be gentle with yourself right now, Sara! Give your body time to heal!! You've been through a lot, so no need to rush. You're not going to 'backslide' just for missing workouts for a few weeks! I couldn't work out for a while after my surgery this summer, which felt odd, but nothing bad happened. Just take your time and heal, my friend!!
I am about to run out to Wawa and get a few last minute items to have in the house for my family tonight. Then get the family up and hopefully ready to head to the synagogue at a reasonable hour. If we get there late there is no where to park and we have to go about 1/2 mile away - which typically is no big deal - however, when you see what the rest of my day looks like you will understand why I need to be parked closer - Getting the family to services, need to leave there with Larry and Molly about noonish or 12:30 - I know it wont be the end of the morning service - but need to go pick up the bagel and fish tray for dinner tonight, drop off Larry and Molly at home and head back to the synagogue - (PS - Larry will NOT drive on Yom Kippur - that is why we do NOT have two cars for this.) Will go back to the synagogue hoping and praying that Molly will pull some slack at the house and get it ready as Joshua and Emily and I all have parts in the afternoon service - Joshua is blowing Shofar, Emily is singing and I have the honor of reciting the prayers before and after the Torah readings. Then - Emily and Josh will hang out as I stay put for the memorial service - This will be my third service ever - I only started going after my mom died. It is VERY emotional!
Then I will come home - pray that everything was taken care of as people will be here before I get here and then we have a house full for dinner - including my in-laws - ickkkk! And - Larry has to go into work tonight - I am soooo hoping my in-laws don't stay too long because I won't have Larry a a buffer......Oh well.
Too bad I will not be outside much of the day to enjoy it. Have a great Saturay all!
