Basically liquids today so I won't be so needy tomorrow for the fast

B: 3 oz chicken, 1 wh wheat tortilla, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar, 1/4 cup salsa, 1T LF sour cream
S: 2.5 oz tuna, wh wheat flat bread, 1.2 cup red leafe lettuce, 1T mayo
L: 5 oz pot roast, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/4 cup green beans, 1/2 cup diced potatoes
S: 2 oz string cheese, 1 oz pork rinds
D: not sure yet...
