Italian Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients:
Serves 4
4 6-oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 tablespoon low calorie Italian dressing
4 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Put skinless chicken breasts (sometimes thighs) in a bowl and add low fat low cal italian dressing. Use hands to coat all the pieces.
Remove and place on baking sheet and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top, turn and sprinkle the other side.
Bake about 45 minutes. The cheese absorbs the Italian dressing flavor and it browns on top like breading.

Oh! I may try this on the grill tonight! I don't make meat in the oven but am pretty sure I can do this on the grill.
I marinate Chicken in Italian Dressing all the time and never thought of adding Parm to make a "crunchy" texture. I think I will try it!
