Super Bowl Chicken Chili

 

Super Bowl Chicken Chili

Makes 8 servings

1 1/2 lb skinless chicken breast
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup salsa
1 medium onion
1 medium bell pepper
2 Italian tomatoes
3 minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp each salt & pepper
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
green onion & low fat cheddar cheese (garnish) Dice chicken and veggies. All all ingredients to your slow cooker.  Stir to blend well, cover and set to "slow" for 6 hours.  Garnish with green onion and cheese if desired. Calories: 112   Carbs: 4 grams  Protein: 19 grams    Fat: 2 grams
