better late than never
m1: protein shake (strawberries and banana)
m2: skipped :-(
m3: broiled salmon over salad with walnuts, fresh pineapple and strawberries (yum!)
m4: cashews and corn nuts (pre-gym)
m5: nan's stuffed chicken recipe (leftovers -were YUMMY last night)
m6: possibly some sf pudding if I really need something else before bed
