S: fage and peaches
L: beef veggie soup
S: cheddar cheese
D: chicken soup
S: JELLO or pudding

(breakfast was late cause I had soem tests)
L balsamic chicken with rosemary (YUM!)
S plain chiobani yogurt
D roast pork, some kind of green veg
s 1/s c strawberries with 1/2 c cottage cheese

water, decaf coffee

better late than never

m1: protein shake (strawberries and banana)
m2: skipped :-(
m3:  broiled salmon over salad with walnuts, fresh pineapple and strawberries (yum!)
m4:  cashews and corn nuts  (pre-gym)
m5: nan's stuffed chicken recipe (leftovers -were YUMMY last night)
m6: possibly some sf pudding if I really need something else before bed
