Food Choices - Tuesday - Come On All - What are you eating

I am challenging you! The beginning of the year we always have a lot of posters, now that it is September, I think we had 4 yesterday. Come on all - what are you planning, put it out there, be accountable!!! I didn't have great choices yesterday but I still put them in my post!

B: egg sandwich
S: cheese stick
L: Ordering out, I would like soup or a salad
S: nectarine
D: something at Mom's again, meat and veggies
S: yogurt or jello

I am on the liquid diet until Monday due to my motorcycle accident.
     B    = sugar free hot choc + 4 g protein powder
     Sn  = sugar free hot choc + 4 g protein powder
     L     = Slimfast Low Carb
    Sn   = sugar free hot choc + 4 g protein powder
     D    = Slimfast Low Carb
    Sn   = sugar free popcicle
Not very exciting...this will be it until Monday. I am a creature of habit.

Okay, I'll post... this week I'm working to cut my portion sizes smaller, in order to help the GERD that I have.

B: scrambled egg with cheddar
S: PB on cloud bread
L: turbot with vegetables
S: cheese stick
D: filet mignon, sweet potato, green beans
S: fage with peaches

Breakfast
1 serving Instant Breakfast - Sugar Free
1 cup milk 1%

Lunch
1/2 serving arnold sandwich thins
1 1/2 servings Chunk Chicken in Water
1/4 serving Miracle Whip Light

Dinner
2 oz carrots
3 oz pork chop

Snack 1
4 oz Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat)

Snack 2
1 serving Kozy Shack No Sugar Added Rice Pudding

Snack 3
2 servings laughing cow swiss
10 seedless grapes

I actually went over my protein by quite a bit. I really need to plan ahead better! I have my 3 month visit next week. I hope to spend some time on meal planning :0)
