Food Choices - Tuesday - Come On All - What are you eating
I am challenging you! The beginning of the year we always have a lot of posters, now that it is September, I think we had 4 yesterday. Come on all - what are you planning, put it out there, be accountable!!! I didn't have great choices yesterday but I still put them in my post!
B: egg sandwich
S: cheese stick
L: Ordering out, I would like soup or a salad
S: nectarine
D: something at Mom's again, meat and veggies
S: yogurt or jello

THE SALAD IN MY PLAN IS FOR TWO MEALS, IT IS HUGE

I am on the liquid diet until Monday due to my motorcycle accident.

1 1/2 servings Chunk Chicken in Water
1/4 serving Miracle Whip Light
Dinner
2 oz carrots
3 oz pork chop
Snack 1
4 oz Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat)
Snack 2
1 serving Kozy Shack No Sugar Added Rice Pudding
Snack 3
2 servings laughing cow swiss
10 seedless grapes
I actually went over my protein by quite a bit. I really need to plan ahead better! I have my 3 month visit next week. I hope to spend some time on meal planning :0)
