David, please please please don't be so hard on yourself. You are just under a month out. The words ONLY and JUST are not allowed
You said it yourself. Walking for just 30 minutes and 1 1/2 miles is a hell of a lot more exercise than you were getting 3 weeks ago, you nailed it. As you heal and get stronger and lose more weight, the exercise will come.
Keep doing what you are doing and try to go a little longer and/or a little further each time and you'll be great!!!
