***Monday Movers***
First five mins at 3.5mph (which, btw, used to be my workout speed and is now my warm up speed lol)
Next 10 was at 4.1 mph jogging
Last 3 was "cool down" which was intermittent (predetermined by the machine) slowing down. That whole thing was just to get warmed up for the trainer
30 mins of upper body/core work out with the personal trainer. It's a good day when your arms are shaking and it feels freaking phenomenal.
Either treadmill time or Insanity abs.. will pick which I am in the mood for tonight - Mark will be on the bike no doubt..
I don't think I'll be doing much upper body other than stretching as my arms are still sore from the rope activities at ziplining... how oh how did you do upper body after ziplining you animal!!
I am a morning person. I prefer to go first thing in the morning. I don't think I'd go after work. I'm usually exhausted by the time I get home. However, I have on occasion been known to sleep in in the morning and go to the gym in the evening. But that's rare.
This morning, I warmed up on the stationary bike for 20 minutes. Then I jumped on the elliptical for 40 minutes. Tomorrow is 20 minutes on bike and upper body machines.
Call me crazy if you want, I REALLY do like to exercise. Even before my WLS, I had no issues with exercising daily. My knees however, would not agree. But I find I just have to work through that pain.

Some metrics I wanted to record here so i've got something to compare it with 4 weeks from now:
Mile sprint: 11:30 (after 5 minute warmup at 3.6mph)
Rowing 500M: 2:20 (wow!)
Squats per minute: 26 (ouch)
Holding a plank: 1:10 (personal best!)
Pushups per minute: 17 (modified)
Dips per minute: 23 (never did them before!)
Pullups on "smith" machine (at an incline): 12
Took my measurements yesterday (hadn't in a while) so I can also compare them in 4 weeks.

I'm just worried that I'm not doing enough right now, as the only exercise I'm getting is walking. Walking for just 30 minutes and 1 1/2 miles is a hell of alot more exercise then I was getting 3 weeks ago, but in the end it really isn't all that much...
