BARIX - Pre-op Support Tuesday Sept. 14th

Hi well Tuesday the 14th is the pre-op  support meeting @ Barix in Langhorne 7 p.m. no registration is needed and meetings are free.

if you are scheduled or not or you just want some info come on out & join us. Please no children under 15

Is it ok to come if you're looking to have surgery someplace else?  I'm working with Temple but it's a little far to go for the support meetings, and they only have them through the week.

I had my surgery at Jeanes Temple, however went to Barix support meetings.  I found them to be great support meetings.  Susan who posted this announcement for tomorrow's meeting is a wonderful group leader.  I spent some time in her group at Barix First Saturday meetings right after I had my surgery.  She had some of the most amazing advice I've received that left me throughful, and many times during this year since my surgery I have throught back to the things she's shared in group and found light at the end of the tunnel when I was frustrated.

Barix welcomed both my husband and I and we both had our surgeries through Temple.

Great!  Thank you Ida...... great name by the way... it was also my Grandmom's .... you don't hear it often, but it made me think of her nonetheless.

Thank you.  No Ida is not a common name.  I am named after my mom and my great-grandmom.  I never liked my name until I was old enough to appreciate the uniqueness of it.

Hi Kelly, you are welcome to come but the info that we talk about  at pre- op meetings  pertains to the Barix schedule and  what Barix patients have to do pre-op.
Temple may have different protocol for you to follow, come on out I know u will get something out of it. but you must pay attention to what Temple tells you to do and do things their way not ours
Now when you are post-op you can attend the post op support group at Barix. we have a few Temple post-ops in the group. if Ican answer any of your questions please feel free to give me a call

once u have your surgery post-op meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of the month, which this month happens to be the  15th
