PLANNED VS ACTUALS -- WEEKEND RECAP
I wasn't near my PC and could NOT get to OH on my mobile web..... but I did list out my plans for the day on a sheet
SAT B oatmeal with chiobani (yum! great choice if I do say so)
S plain chiobani
L cottage cheese and 2 slices American cheese ff
S cheese stick and hard pretzel
D turkey sausage and spinach
S Canteloupe cubes
SUN B scrmabled egg white with ff cheese omlette
S chiobani plain with cocopop (2)
L more chiobani (I love this stuff)
My blood sugar dropped to 50 and I had to have more carb.... was at fundraiser function witht dogs. got 1/2 subway flatbread chicken/tomato sandwich. Bloodsugars went back helathy range.
D Pork roast, spinach
S Canteloupe and 1/2 c yogurt.
Woek up in the middle of night..... shaky and feeling odd. My blood sugar was once again around 50.... had to eat carbs to get it to normal range.
Needless to say, I've got a call into my doctor to discuss the insulin schedule and the low blood sugars.
All in all, I'm learning that planning is key to sucess, espeially ont he weekends.
