Weekend Workout Warriors
Ok so it has been some time since I started the excercise thread. My RA has prevented me from doing any sort of heart pounding cardio but today I walked 5 miles! and it felt good on my joints not my hands but my RA was traveling to my knees so the knees felt good. I can't wait until this is under control I was getting depressed as my circulation is so bad that all my joints are now purple and I have blisters on my tongue for the methotrexate. I am stronger that RA and I will beat this as well..Sorry I just had to get that off my chest. So who else is moving today?

I'm sorry you have RA and have been having a rough time with it lately. Glad you felt good enough to walk today!!
I moved today too!!! We took a long beach walk, about 36 blocks. It was actually longer as we walked back and forth from ocean to dunes a couple of times. I did some metal detecting later, so I got more walking in. (And found 50 cents for my efforts! lol)

My exercise of the day was defintely the ziplining. . It was amazing and I am sooooo sore right now but it was totally worth it. I got some cardio in on the hike, but mostly upper body work. My arms are DONE!! I think I'm going to try to get to pilates in the morning so I can stretch out these bones.. NOT going to stay for Body Pump though.. unless my arms magically heal over night. I should stay and do cardio.. we'll see what happens.
