Here's my plan, all be it rough

B: 1/2 a bagel with cream cheese
S: fage and peaches
L: sushi made with brown rice
S: cheese stick
D: not sure, I didn't take anything out, so maybe we'll order take out
S: Jello or Pudding

As it turns out, my salad was way to much to eat in one sitting, so I'll take the leftovers home for dinner.

S  chiobani plain yogurt/cinnamon and splenda
L  egg white omlette with tomato and cheese

S protein shake

D  meat and small side of veg

S chiobani plain yogurt w sf preserves
decaf coffee, water and more water
