B 1/2 bagel and light cream cheese
S cottage cheese and sf jello
L chiobani
S cotage cheese and more SF jello
D chicken and some veg
S choc protein shake
ACTUALS
Swapped things around at Dinner.. Chicken became tuna and the veg was small tomato fromt he garden (YUMMMY)
Snack --- sf pudding with a little protein powder was a substitiion as well.
Commute was good... sipping lots of water... no chewing involved!
