Baked Tilapia

I found this recipe in a magazine yesterday, made it for dinner and it was YUMMY!!

Baked Tilapia

Mix 1/4 c. light mayo with 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese

Spread mixture over 2 tilapia filets and bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees.

So easy!

Johnny doesn't even like fish and he loves this recipe. I make it with chicken too sometimes.

You can also add some spinnich or broccoli to it and maybe a little more mayo and it's REALLY yummy.
