Thursday's Food Choices

I made taiwanese pork chops last night, never used chinese 5 spice before, came out kind of cinnaminny, what else can I use this spice for? Any suggestions appreciated.
Working hard today to de-carb and clean up my eating.
B: 1 egg, cheddar
S: Half an apple with PB2
L: chicken chili, cheddar
S: cheddar, cucumber slices and grape tomatoes
D: 3 oz shrimp, grilled eggplant
S: either SF pudding cup or some protein ice cream if I make it
Also LOTS of water. I've been putting cucumber slices and mint leaves in my water -- so good!
