WED PLANNED vs ACTUALS
B1/2 bagel and 2 slice ff american cheese
S chiobani yogurt
L 1.2 c cottage cheese and peach
S chiobani yogurt
L 1.2 c cottage cheese and peach
s chiobani yogurt
D meat and some green veg (Tim's cooking)
S yogurt
Lots of water ; decaf coffee and decaf tea
Things went along ok yesterday in spite of stress (one of our dogs had emergency appt at vets)
Although dinner was chicken/veg stri fry....and I tried a few ricve nooodles.... well, the rice noodles immediately developed into a 'gut bomb' after two bites.... So I left the remainder on the plate!
I rushed home to meet Tim at the vet's office... and now just realized that I didn't have any food int he car during the commute. HMM... guess that means I can do it!!!!
