I make the one that Cheryl mentioned from bariatriceating.com.  I use applesauce instead of oil, and I like to slice cherries or strawberries on top and add a little whipped cream.  Definitely a yummy treat!!

definitely the one from bariatriceating.com... yummy!  and really easy to change up for variety!  (use a mix of vanilla and almond, a little more coffee crystals, some SF choc chips, slivered almonds, etc.)  Top with fresh berries and cool whip light, etc.

Just put cocoa powder on the shopping list. This sounds yummy.
