throughout the day --- decafe coffee, decafe tea and water ACTUALS

This is a tough one for me to post... as things fell apart after 3pm.......work crises emerged, not my fault but my responsiblity to correct things before I left for the day. I held strong till I got in the car......then scavenged for the emergency supply of cheese sticks. Was still in a state of frustration/anger/resentment over the fact that I was stuck betting cleanup in a time crunch for issues that I did not cause.
Drove throught he nearest drvie thru and got 2 wendy's jr. ate quickly. Mind you, I paid the price as it did not sit well.
When I came home, I admitted to DH that I didn't need dinner....and explained why.
Took my medicine with some yogurt as a snack.
The reason I am posting these planned vs actuals is to develop a sense of accountability for my actions. I thought about NOT posting today, but I MUST follow through on my commitments especially to myself.
I've learned alot about myself by making these posts...
