Wednesday PLANNED VS ACTUALS

B   1/2 bagel w lite cream cheese
S   ff cottage cheese
L leftover turkey meatballs  and 1 string cheese
S chiobani w some strawberries
D last of the turkey meatballs and a veggie
S chiobani w sf jelly

ACTUALS
B   1/2 bagel w lite cream cheese
S   ff cottage cheese
L leftover turkey meatballs  and 1 string cheese
S chiobani w some strawberries
D -- ended up working late -- had protein bar and some FF Cottage cheese

Drive home ... decaf coffee and ff cottage cheese.

S at home...SF ICE Cream and PB2

Things changed up a bit when I had to work late....And, I avoided carbs on the ride home.  improvement.  Need to excercise my NO muscle on the ride home.

Good for you. The changes in plan were just that changes, you avoided the carbs that is a good thng
