ACTUALS

D -- ended up working late -- had protein bar and some FF Cottage cheese
Drive home ... decaf coffee and ff cottage cheese.
S at home...SF ICE Cream and PB2
Things changed up a bit when I had to work late....And, I avoided carbs on the ride home. improvement. Need to excercise my NO muscle on the ride home.
