Not sure if anyone else is posting this. We will see I guess. I have work today and hopefully it will not ALMOST KILL ME like yesterday. We had just about everything happen that can and I was here alone to handle it no director or clinical supervisor. But I survived. I am now very happy to have a long weekend. Tonight we will be laying low, but we have several things planned this weekend. I hope that you all havea great day. Keep my southern family in your thoughts until they say GOODBYE EARL!

Congrats Jo on a very successful surgiversary!
Today the same old, same old for me. Went to the gym already. Working till 5. Then who knows. We do have plans for Sunday and Monday. Tomorrow afternoon after Barix mtg is up in the air, depending on how the husband feels.

I am at wor****il 4 then meeting my Grandmother and Mia at my Mom's. Hanging out with Mom and Mia tonight then headed home. The weekend is up in the air, we have been invited to all sorts of things but Mia has been a crab the last few days and I am not sure how she would do in the car.
Have a wonderful weekend and be safe all! The weather should be gorgeous. Be mindful of what food you put in your mouth.

Today is birthday celebrations for both hubby and I, and our wedding ann. We are going to Dollywood to have some fun for a change, and not have to worry about everyday life. I purchased stuff for us to take for snacks, and a lite lunch. For whatever reason I have had an awful feel of dread of failing, and gaining all my weight back. I have reigned myself in and am trying to be more careful, as I have been eating a lot of "empty" calories to try and maintain my weight. Nut says add more good fats, it's not working, so I guess I have to let things take their course, and live with what the outcome will be for now. Other than that we are looking forward to a fun filled day, with no worries.

Today is birthday celebrations for both hubby and I, and our wedding ann. We are going to Dollywood to have some fun for a change, and not have to worry about everyday life. I purchased stuff for us to take for snacks, and a lite lunch. For whatever reason I have had an awful feel of dread of failing, and gaining all my weight back. I have reigned myself in and am trying to be more careful, as I have been eating a lot of "empty" calories to try and maintain my weight. Nut says add more good fats, it's not working, so I guess I have to let things take their course, and live with what the outcome will be for now. Other than that we are looking forward to a fun filled day, with no worries.

ITS JO-JO'S DAY - ITS JO-JO'S DAY!!!! WAHOO!!!!!!! I am so proud of you and even more proud to call you my friend! Enjoy your day! You rock! And....thanks for sticking with us!
Happy Friday all....what a day and weekend for my family. First of all - I am feeling totally skinny today - What IS that?!?! Weird! I was drained last night and there was NOT a ton of drainage and I am finally feeling like I am getting better!
Headed to school in a few and then home tonight for about an hour when the whirlwind will begin - Have to leave the house by 4:45 to get to my Nephew's synagogue for his Friday night before Bar Mitzvah service. Larry's sister is in from Israel and his parents will be there - other than that I like everyone else who will be around - so I am hoping that with lots of buffers there will be no incidents! After services we are having dinner at his other aunt's house. (well, what did you expect? This Aunt does NOT cook!) Tomorrow morning is the big event - my nephew will be reading from Torah - I am so proud of him! I really do love this kid!
