DR. B one year appointment and LGWL support group

So today I get to see Dr. B and get my one year results.  I'm hoping for good numbers as my Calcium was in question last time. 
Can't believe its been over a year.  I'm about 9 lbs from MY goal and I feel awesome.  I'll update everyone when I get back.

also plan on staying out that way for the support group meeting tonight.  (although I do feel kinda icky so will see how that actually goes).

all went well.  I was down another 12 lbs and my labs looked good.  I was on the low side of Vitamin d so starting a regimen of that for the next few months.  But otherwise..

Healthy and going strong. 

woohooo.  I go back in 6 months and hope to have surpassed my personal weight goal.
