MOnday's Menu - Whatcha Eating???
ok, so posting what I ate, only one meal left to be eaten.. I'm going to be better at this, I swear!
M1: protein shake
M2 - protein oatmeal (did something wrong, it was horrible, gritty and gross - threw it out!)
M3 - fresh fruit and cottage cheese
M4 - salad with herbed tofu
M5 - roast beef & cheddar roll ups
M6 - some grilled pork chop & veggies (my darling husband is grillin' em right now!)

Ride to work: 24 oz water
Arrive at work: 24 oz decaf English breakfast tea w/1 splenda and 3 little half & half containers
Breakfast: protein shake - 3 oz coconut milk, 9 oz almond milk, two scoops protein powder
24 oz decaf earl grey tea w/1 splenda & 3 little half & half containers
24 oz water
Lunch: cream of chicken soup - 4 oz with 1 scoop protein powder
24 oz water
Dinner: cream of potatoe soup - 4 oz w/1 scoop proein powder & 1 oz cheddar cheese grated then melted & mixed in
Snack: 2 oz stewed peaches - OMG they were soooooooooooooo yummy - I've been craving a peach for about a week and half now....finally got to make them tonight

I am starting to shake up my routine a bit and adding in protein shakes and what not on a fairly consistent basis to see if that helps matters.
B: Shake w/ chocolate nectar, skim plus milk, frozen banana, drizzle of sf chocolate syrup
S: ricotta cheese w/ splenda and cinnamon
L: 1/2 of a stuffed pepper
S: Ok, it was supposed to be chicken I brought with me....ended up being a soft pretzel. TERRIBLE choice...terrible because it was stress related. I'm moving on.
S: Greek Yogurt w/ berries
After that I'm home and up for awhile...I have plenty of stuff in the fridge, just not sure what I'm having for dinner
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
