M1:  Protein shake - banana and PB2
M2:  Activia yogurt, homemade granola
M3:  campbell's light chicken and barley and mushroom soup
M4:  cheese stick
M5:  roast beef and quinoa/chick pea/lentil side dish

S:  laughing cow cheese and soy crisps
L:  salad with turkey
S:  Jello and nsa apple sauce
s:  will probably be drinking the protein icecream I TRIED To make....just just not freezing
D: grilled chicken and fresh tomatoes and cucumber.
