***Wednesday's Menu*** Accountability Post
M1: Rotisserie chicken, no skin, green beans, and two forkfuls of mashed taters from Boston Market
M2: Ricotta cheese w/ splenda and vanilla
M3: Turkey chilli
M4: Left over steamed chicken and broccoli
M5: "super" greek yogurt before gym (I put a scoop of protein powder in the greek yogurt w/ my berries...)
M6: Not sure....possibly a DD Eggwhite turkey sausage sandwhich w/ 1/2 the bread
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
