*** Tuesday's Accountability Menu Post ***
OK - the plan is a little sketchy today...
M1: Protein shake - banana and PB2
M2: Activia yogurt
M3: Pot luck lunch at work - I brought gardein chickenless nuggests and romaine with mozzerella, so have a safe option should I need it
M4: SF Quinoa PB cookies
M5: Wok-seared sirloin strips with baby bok choy, onions, and zucchini

I don't get that many meals in.
I usually have some sort of snack mid morning, sometimes ostrich stick, sometimes, butternut squash, sometimes popcorn.
For lunch normally during the week I will have a dry salad.
Dinner normally I will have some kind of meat and cheese on a pita bread.
Then at night I have a protein bar, ice pops, sugar free pudding and rice cakes.
I usually get in about 1400-1800 calories a day and anywhere from 80 to 120g protein.
Seems to be working.
If I every recover fully from this car accident and get back to the gym, I will work on uping the calorie count some.
The vitamin shoppe sells ostrich sticks, they are 80 calories and 14g protein. Very good, especially dipped in some spicy mustard.
