Morning, Nan!

M1:  Muscle milk light
M2:  homemade granola
M3:  Romaine lettuce with skirt steak, goat cheese and homemade balsamic
M4:  activia light
M5:  chicken thighs baked with squash maybe?  (or wok-fried with bok choy?)  Can't decide
M6:  Homemade SF / LF cinnamon bun ice cream

ok here is mine so far...

B: hot dog (will explain later lol)

MS: 6oz yogurt

L: 4oz of roasted pork with 3/4 salad mix 2tsp of dressing

AS: 6oz yogurt

D: not sure yet... might be leftover night other wise it might be 5oz of chicken with pasta sauce and a slice of cheese.

ES: slice of cheese

M-2 chai latte
M-3 protein shake
M-4 chicken breast on the go cold
M-5 steak mushrooms and onions

If I have a snack at night it will be greek yogurt or one of the 16 calorie phill swirl ice cream pops
