B:  ff ricotta cheese with splenda, pumpkin pie spice and a 1/3 of a sweet potatoe mashed up together
L:  ff hotdog, cucumber and tomatoes, 1/3 sweet potatoe
S:  ff ricotta with almond extract and splenda
D:  grilled chicken, 1/3 sweet potatoe, cucumber and tomatoe
S:  ff cheese and low fat triscuits

sf Chai tea and skim milk
Decaf coffee and skim milk
water

M1:  Protein shake (banana and pb2)
M2:  Yogurt and homemade granola
M3:  Chicken salad (made with greek yogurt)
M4:  Apple and cheese stick
M5:  Pan-seared scallops, squash and onions

D:  4 oz ricotta cheese if I'm able to or another protein shake, not sure just yet

                                      24 oz decaf tea
