Creamy Chicken and Mushrooms

 

Servings: 6
Ingredients

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 pounds)
2 Tbs olive oil, divided
1 small onion, chopped
10 3/4 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 Tbs chopped fresh parsley

Directions HEAT 1 Tbsp. of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; coo****il browned on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

ADD remaining 1 Tbsp. oil to skillet; Add onion cook and stir until tender. Add soup and mustard; stir with wire whis****il well blended. RETURN chicken to skillet; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Place chicken on serving plate. Stir sauce; spoon over chicken. Sprinkle with parsley.
