Struggling to eat due to stress - I know - direct opposite of what I posted on Monday. The morning my pouch was ok...but it's gotten progressively worse as the day goes on....
Pre work out: Banana and 2 string cheese
Post work out: turkey sausage & veggie and eggwhite on half of a flatbread
On the way to steffi's will choke down a protein shake (muscle milk lite) to ensure adequate protein intake.
Larry is cooking dinner for us, so I don't know what that is, but I know it'll be healthy.
Evening snack: ???
