Tuesday shakers!
Just bought a pedometer - got home from work at ~ 5500 steps. Went downstairs, did a cardio carb routine from the insanity series with Shaun T (my abs are going to be screaming Tomorrow & Thursday), then Mark and I went out for a 40 min fast walk - brought the pedometer up to 10,700 steps.. I like the idea of tracking and pushing myself to hit a goal daily.. (Arlene inspired me!)
