WOOT WOOT!! No exercise thread today???

Went to the gym and kicked butt in Body Pump, then stayed for stretching in Pilates.  Feel great!!

Just bought a pedometer - got home from work at ~ 5500 steps.  Went downstairs, did a cardio carb routine from the insanity series with Shaun T (my abs are going to be screaming Tomorrow & Thursday), then Mark and I went out for a 40 min fast walk - brought the pedometer up to 10,700 steps.. I like the idea of tracking and pushing myself to hit a goal daily..  (Arlene inspired me!)

I did!  I just wasn't home long enough to post!

45 min spin class that was SOOOOO awesome!!!
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
