Morning!  Yes, I eat lol.  Recovering from some not so fantastic choices yesterday....

Prework out:  Banana and PB
Post Work out:  Turkey sausage and eggwhite flatbread from DD
Lunch:  Not entirely sure yet, probaby something small as I'll most likely be out...maybe string cheese or something
Dinner:  Home made chicken cordon bleu
Snack:  SF pudding or NSA ice cream with home made sf peach crisp
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

m2  pudding and protein coffee
m3  chicken and cheese rollups
m4  carrots and peanut butter
m5  chicken and sauted veggies

M3:  onion, tomato, cucumber & chicken with a little Good Seasonings dressing
M4:  V8 juice
M5:  spaghetti squash with homemade meat sauce
M6:  probably won't have

M1: 1/2 homemade SF granola bar
M2:  muscle milk light and cheerios
M3:  salad with some type of protein (going out)
M4:  Apple with 1/2 homemade SF granola bar
M5:  Greek turkey burger with feta and spinach, sauteed squash and onions
M6:  Homemade SF ice cream
