I remember this from several months ago....but what are the specifics?

The recipe used 1 container of greek yogurt, 1 container of flavored SF yogurt....and what else?

Now that I have the cuisinart ice cream maker, I want to use it all the time!

Hi Lynn,

Check out egg faces's website.  Michelle has a bunch of really good protein ice cream recipes.

www.theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com

I also have the ice cream make but I haven't tried any of her recipes yet. but they look really good and easy.

Hi
thats all & u can use some fresh fruit or canned fruit with that. mix it all first before u put it in the cuisinart.
I used greek yougurt SF peach yourt and drained a small can of peaches look for the light ones or no sugar added or even fresh peaches if u use fresh peaches u may have to use some extra splenda to taste
.
strawberries are also great. this time of year I am buying a lot of strawberries & peaches, blueberries & bannanas , hull the strawberries & slice the peaches off the pit and skin the bannanas and then put all the fruit in seperate zipper bags and freeze them and u can have fresh fruit when it is out of season

AHA! I  knew it was easy - just my style!

Have some peaches in the freezer right now...yummy! And it gets the protein in too!

Susan, just double checking...it's the regular single serving size of Greek yogurt? Or the larger pint size?
