Hi Liz,
I have to get some lab work done this week as well...same reasons, anemia.  Good luck with that.  I also hope you are able to get a better anxiety med.  I have been on buspar for ages, and it sees to help.

Good Luck,
Trish

Just a quick post from me today...

Physical therapy - out the door in a couple of minutes
Working - have a ton of catching up to do
Finding something around here for dinner
Maybe a Costco run to pick up a prescription
Hopefully work on a little project I have going for a Christmas present (I am actually making a few gifts this year).

That's the lineup!

Keep your cool, everybody!

Morning Trish, and Pa.,
Trish hope all goes well for you with the Dr. and the pain meds.  It is going to be hot in Tn. today, so I will get some use out of my seasonal Dollywoood pass, and go to splash country early today, and spend about 3 to 4 hours there, then run a few errands, and home to the air conditioning, and may go out and to a new restaurant that I have been wanting to try.  Will pick up a back up dinner at the market just in case. (sometimes once I get home, I can not make myself go back out)  So lazy river here I come.  Have a good day all, keep cool, keep hydrated.
Hugs, Ena
Steffi hope you are feeling better.  Liz give Mia a hug for me.

I love the lazy river at any water park...enjoy.  I have never been to Dollywood, but I would love to go someday.

Hugs,
Trish

This morning finds me at wor****il 2:15 then I have an appointment with my PCP there are a few things I need to go over withher but on the top of the list is her writing my letters for plastic surgery so I can submit them to my insurance company. My "muffin top" causes me many issues with self esteem and just plan and simple messes with my head!

After that I am not returning to work but going to hit up the Verizon store to see if they can import my contacts from myprevious phone since I went from At&T to Verizon. Plus show me how to use this new phone because I am clueless. Now I guess Den will be stuck with me since we are now connected through a cell phone contract.

After that I will finally hit the food market to do some shopping since it has been forever since I did that then once home I need to atempt to put 4 baskets of my clothing away. Then I will pack for our weekend away in Staten Island so I don't have to rush on Friday to do so.

Also a new list of goals need to be made and work out a life plan!

Hi Beth,
I hope your visit with the doctor is successful in helping you with the plastics.  I also agree that a phone contract is pretty serious commitment...hehe.

Hugs,
Trish

Hi all!
Had a followup with my surgeon this morning. She was pleased with everything. I asked about restrictions. I can't lift more than about 15 lbs but can go back to exercising. Just need to listen to my body and not overdo things. She showed me pictures of what she took out of me. Amazing! So glad it's done and I'm on the healing side of things!!
Just picked up the next 2 books in the series I'm reading. Got to love the library---all kinds of goodies available!!
Have a great day, my friends!!!

Hopefully tonight will be a good night for me posting.  So far so good!

So...I went to spin class after work this morning, had a FANTASTIC work out.  Came home, packed up dinner, talked to Bri for a bit....and before I knew it...it was almost noon time!  Sheesh!  But by the time I fell asleep I was out like a light and slept SOLIDLY which was awesome.

Back at work tonight....surprise surprise I'm out in triage.  I honestly didn't know that...so my "routine" when I'm in triage is thrown off.  It seems silly - but I like to know ahead of time so I can freeze water bottles and then be able to keep my lunch bag out here with me.  Se la vie.

Hoping to catch up on the boards, write out some things for home and get some thoughts in order etc.

I have two nights left including this one....and then I have two awesome days off planned and absolutely cannot wait!  More on that in the next couple days!!!

I know I'm not around the boards as much - work and home has been quite crazy (mostly in good ways) and I've been VERY dedicated to the gym which is sucking up my lazy ass couch time, lol.  Know that I think of you guys ALL the freaking time!

Pam,
You do not need to apologize for not being here every freaking minute...I am not either...I just have a lot of down time in the evening, especially last night when the Phillies were losing big time.

You are such a role model with your exercise discipline and diligence in planning your food.

Hugs
