It was wonderful to see you and I so hope that one day you will be free from much of the pain you seem to have to live with. . .
As for feeling shameful, sweetie, you know that this is a lifelong learning process and as you so well put, very much like putting down the drink, only in some ways harder, because we all know we have to eat to live, so try to make a commitment to yourself to make the meeting, it's once a month and you can bring a lot to share with us. None of us are perfection, we all have our demons and it's better to be among others who share similar experiences to help put those demons to rest. . .
