Vegetarian McKimkins Breakfast Sandwich: Submitted by: Official Kimkins | Date Added: 30 Nov 2009 Ingredients:

Makes 1

1 Kimkins Protein Roll
1 slice lowfat American or Swiss cheese
3 oz Morningstar "sausage" patty
1 egg (CUT THE FAT BY USING 1/4 cup EGG BEATERS)
1 teaspoon diet margarine
garlic powder & pepper

Cooking Instructions:

Slice protein roll in half. Cut into a circle if desired.

Toast protein roll until crispy. Thinly spread with margarine & lightly sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper.

In a nonstick skillet cook sausage patty until well done & crispy; set aside. In remaining fat cook egg as desired.

Layer patty, egg and cheese on one roll half and top with remaining roll. Microwave for 10 minutes if desired to melt cheese and enjoy!
