Thursday movers!!!
Ok.. looks like the exercise thread has been lacking.
I went to Pilates Monday and Tuesday and First Strides yesterday. Since it is only week 2 of First Strides, the intervals of easy/hard aren't too bad. I walked during the easy and jogged most of the hard sections.. it was dang hot and humid out though, and I could tell that I needed my Effexor, so I slowed down to a fast walk during the 3rd interval of "hard". But, I came home with sweat soaked clothes and feeling good that I did it. My legs are sore today, but nothing a little stretching won't fix.
Tonight, I am going to Zumba and pilates. Pilates will help to stretch me out and Zumba gives me more cardio. I'm hoping the dr won't restrict my movement too much with my shoulder, but I know Body Pump is not a good idea for awhile.
Who else has been moving to lose?
