Trainer Stats
Alright...so it's been just over a month since I have consistently started working with my trainer at the gym, and doing cardio/spin class on the days I'm not with him. I had gained a total of 20 frigging pounds (according to THEIR scale) from my lowest weight of 130. 15 from my comfortable weight of 135.
I was absolutely FREAKING about my measurments and weight being done today. First time since surgery I was worried about seeing a difference.

Body fat: 30.6% 26.9% (-3.7% I should note his goal was 2-3%)
Weight 150 145 (-5 pounds)
Neck 12" 12"
Chest 38.5" 37.5" (-1")
Shoulders 38.5" 38" (-.5")
Waist 32.75" 31" (-1.75")
Hips 35" 34.5" (-.5")
R Bicep 11" 11"
L Bicep 10" 10.5" (+.5 but that's a good thing, cause I'm more even)
R Thigh 22.5" 21.5" (-1")
L Thigh 22.5" 21.5 (-1" AND symmetrical!)
R Calf 14.75" 14" (-.75")
L Calf 15" 14.5" (-.5")
TOTAL Inches lost: 6.5!
Now the first time I got measured/tested was by a different trainer. He didn't do this "muscle endurance" test which Frank did today. HOWEVER...we did it via crunches. I know the same crunches he had me do a few weeks ago, I struggled to do 15. The endurance test he told me to just those same specific crunches until I "failed" (which...I don't like the wording of but whatever...) and today was FIFTY. That's FIFTEEN TO FIFTY
I also showed GREAT improvement in my cardio....as per him. I don't understand the numbers but whatever. He was happy, therefore I was too.
So, there ya have it. It's NEVER to late to get back into the game.

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
That's JUST it...a TOOL. And, as shown by my weight gain....you neglect the tool you get into trouble. BUT, you can always pick up the tool whenever and it works. Of course, my BEST advice is to NOT stop neglecting the tool and get yourself into this predicament....

Excellent numbers. Forget the skin calipers though. Get to a BodPod maybe every 6 months.
