Breakfast - 3 oz Irish oatmeal w/protein powder and a palm of raisins
Lunch - 12 oz strawberry protein shake
Dinner - 1 oz Tofu Shirataki with 2 oz meatballs - 2 tsp shaky cheese
Dessert - 1 homemade chocolate chip cookie
