Thursday's "Food.. its what's for dinner"
Pre work out: OJ and Banana
Post work out: DD egg white & turkey sausage flatbread (except for the carbs, not a bad stat...something like 250 calories, 21gms protein, 8gm fat....carbs are high at 30 something...)
Now: Sauteed apricot and ginger shrimp (home made)
Packing for work:
Greek yogurt w/ berries
Quinoa pasta with ricotta cheese and some sauce
SF/FF pudding
Almonds & Carrots
I've already had my quota + some of decaf noncarbonated fluids, so everything else will be "bonus" and I'm guaranteed to get in at least 67 ounces at work today, plus my obligatory med iced decaf coffee from DD on the way to work
